InstaLens ("we", "us", or "our") provides Instagram analytics tools for business account owners. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

When you connect your Instagram Business Account, we collect:

• Your Instagram username and profile information
• Follower count, following count, and media count
• Post metrics: likes, comments, reach, and impressions
• A Facebook Page Access Token to query the Instagram Graph API on your behalf

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or personal messages.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To display analytics dashboards and insights within InstaLens
• To generate AI-powered content suggestions based on your post history
• To identify posting patterns and optimal publishing times

We never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in an encrypted database. Access tokens are stored to enable ongoing API access and are never exposed publicly. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

InstaLens uses the following third-party services:

• Meta (Facebook) Graph API — to fetch your Instagram Business Account data
• OpenAI — to generate caption suggestions (post content is sent to OpenAI for analysis)

6. Data Deletion

You can disconnect your Instagram account and delete all associated data at any time from the Settings page, or by emailing us at marotimayank@gmail.com.
